These terms cover scrylabs.io, yolo.design and the text messages of Scry Labs LLC ("we"). Each of our products (such as ShaderKit and FoomChat) has its own terms on its site, which apply when you use that product. Website work we do for your business is covered by the written quote or agreement for that project.
Using our sites
You may browse our sites for any lawful purpose. Demo websites we build for a business are private previews for that business. Please don't copy or republish them without asking.
Text message program
- Program: Scry Labs website conversations, from (530) 203-6111. Texts carry demo links, call or visit scheduling, and updates on your website project.
- Opt-in: you agree on a phone call when we ask, or by texting us first. The details are on our text messages page. Agreeing is never a condition of purchase.
- Frequency: varies with your conversation, usually no more than a few texts a week.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Stop: reply STOP at any time. We confirm once, then send nothing more. Reply START to resume.
- Help: reply HELP, call (530) 203-6111, or email dash@yolo.design.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your number and consent are handled as our Privacy Policy describes. They are never sold or shared for marketing.
No warranty
Our sites are provided as they are. We work to keep them accurate and available, but we make no guarantee that they always will be.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Scry Labs LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using our sites or texts.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of California.
Changes
If we change these terms, we update the date at the top of this page.
