Privacy Policy
This policy covers scrylabs.io, yolo.design, and the calls, emails and text messages of Scry Labs LLC ("we"). Each of our products (such as ShaderKit and FoomChat) also has its own privacy policy on its site, which applies when you use that product.
What we collect
- What you give us: your name, business name, phone number, email address, and what you tell us by phone, text or email.
- The form on yolo.design: your name, business and mobile number, whether you checked the text-message box, the exact wording shown beside it, and the time and IP address of your submission.
- Records of our conversations: calls, voicemails, texts and emails with our business number and addresses, including the date you agreed to receive texts.
- Basic web logs: our servers record the pages requested, the time, and your IP address and browser type. We use no advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To answer you, send what you asked for, and work on your project.
- To set up calls and visits.
- To keep our sites secure and working.
Text messages
We text you only after you agree, as described on our text messages page. You can reply STOP at any time to stop, or HELP for help.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. The only companies that handle your number are the providers that carry our calls and texts (such as Twilio), and only to deliver them.
Who we share with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that run our phone, email and hosting, only as needed to provide those services.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep conversation records while we work with you and for up to three years after, then delete them, unless the law requires longer.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
- Email dash@yolo.design to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. California residents have these rights under the CCPA, and we honor them for everyone.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
